When I was experimenting with ‘Cleaning Up’ Well known snack bars I came up with my Jaffa Bar. As delicious as it was, I felt that it was a bit mainstream and didn’t push the boundaries of flavour combinations. Cue my Vegan Apricot & Fennel Bar. Sweet and chocolatey but offset by the beautiful aniseed aroma of fennel. A match made in heaven and naturally nutritionally dense, gluten free, soy free and vegan.
