Sometimes all you crave is the good old tradition of a takeaway curry. Usually laden with saturated fats and over-processed ingredients, they can place a huge burden on the digestive system, highlighted by the ‘post curry bloat’ that all too many of us are familiar with.

Using vanilla in savoury dishes may sound somewhat controversial, but when you consider it, vanilla in itself is not sweet, its just associated with sweet dishes.
