I’ll be running a series of Supper Clubs in association with Healthy Living London, later this year, with each one tailored to a specific benefit. I’ll personally be putting together the menus and cooking everything, before explaining why I’ve chosen these specific dishes to cook. These are going to be small exclusive events, taking place in London, with goodie bags and treats to take home at the end! Our aim is to educate our audience on the best foods to eat for each benefit and present meal ideas that are all easily replicable (exclusive recipe packs for each meal will be available for each diner).
These will bring people together over delicious, healthy food. More importantly, the style in which they run, in the form of a themed cookery demonstration, will allow people to taste the food and go home and create for themselves. They aim to abolish the myth that cooking is ‘fiddly’ or ‘time consuming’. Most of the meals can be whipped up in under an hour.
Each Vitality Series event is run under a certain theme, be it ‘Eating for Health & Wealth’, targeting entrepreneurs wanting brain food on the go, ‘Sleep Easy’ dining to promote restful sleep or Pre and Post Natal Nutrition, targeting mums or mums to be and ensuring that they needn’t neglect their nutrition just because their time is stretched.
Most importantly these events are the perfect excuse for a night out, enjoying good food, in great company, you might even leave with a goodie bag!
