Gifted with Grace: A Birchall Christmas

Project challenge

 For Birchall, Christmas is more than a season.
It’s a ritual of warmth, stillness, and giving.
Their 2025 holiday campaign, Gifted with Grace, was designed to celebrate the art of gifting through the quiet luxury of tea.

Our goal: to position Birchall as the ultimate seasonal gift while evoking moments of calm and connection amidst the festive rush.

Key objectives:

  • Inspire consumers to choose Birchall as a thoughtful holiday gift.

  • Encourage the creation and sharing of personal tea rituals.

  • Connect Birchall with slow gifting, seasonal ritual, and timeless elegance.

Creative Approach

Mood: Warm, moody, romantic with golden hour and candlelight atmospheres.

Tone: Nostalgic yet modern, where artisanal stillness meets festive storytelling.

Style: Dutch Masters-inspired lighting, bokeh fairy lights, seasonal textures.

Seasonal palette: Dried citrus, red velvet, pinecones, linen, sage, oxblood, forest green & soft gold colors.

The direction for visual storytelling heavily relied on hero products, so they’d get the needed exposure:

  • Master Blender Tasting Box (luxury gift highlight)

  • Botanical Tea Tin (illustrated teal, with hummingbird & foliage)

  • Great Rift Breakfast Tea (wrapped in ribbon & twine)

  • Tea Selection Box (vividly illustrated packaging)

  • Branded teacup moments — steaming, sipped, shared

As mentioned above, one of our goals is to present Birchall Tea gift products and keep them at the ‘top of mind’ for mindful gifting during the approaching Christmas season.

Key Scenes

1. Flat Lays: Scissors, ribbon, candles, envelopes… A timeless gift prep ritual.

2. Lifestyle Interactions: Bow-tying, candle-lighting, tea-steeping.

3. Gifting Moments: Hands offering Birchall as a thoughtful gesture.

4. Brand Presence: Clean, clear packaging visibility throughout

The Campaign Film: The Gift of Stillness

A 20–30 second reel that captured the intimacy of holiday gifting: bows tied in slow motion, candles lit, tea steeping with soft bokeh lights behind, and the final gesture of placing a Birchall gift beneath the tree.

A moment that reminds viewers: sometimes the greatest gift is time slowed down with tea.

Results

The campaign delivered a versatile collection of festive imagery and film assets across Instagram, Pinterest, newsletters, and web banners.

By weaving together gifting rituals, rich seasonal textures, and Birchall’s elegant packaging, we created a branded holiday library that inspires consumers not only to drink tea, but to gift it with grace.
