So, when time is of the essence,I look to this Miso Pepper Linguine. A vegan riff on Cacio e Pepe, harnessing the umami of Miso to balance the heat of fresh cracked black pepper. 

The key to this dish is using the best you can afford: Good Pasta, Olive Oil, Pepper & Miso will last for a few meals and will take good to mind blowing…
