A Riff on a classic, it is so much more than the sum of its parts. I deviate from the classic bourbon and use Scotch Whisky as a nod to my heritage. The Venetian Aperitivo Select is a touch more nuanced than the classic Campari whilst the spiced cranberry syrup negates the need for as much sweet vermouth. It is smooth, balanced and the perfect way to slide into the holidays.
