Breakfast has always been my nemesis, I am by no means a morning person, I tend to get up and go…cooking, cleaning, and avoiding the fact that I am released from the caress of my duvet.

But Brunch, yes, that’s the time that my taste buds awaken… I am beyond the needs of regular cereal and need something savoury and substantial, so these eggs have my heart… This is not a traditional recipe, more my own twist according to my palate.
