Pear, Pistachio & Nutmeg Toast with Tahini Whipped Feta

Ingredients

• 4 Slices Rye Sourdough, toasted
• 200g Feta, crumbled
• 80g Cream Cheese
• 1 tbsp Tahini
• 30g Pistachios, toasted & roughly chopped
• ½ Nutmeg, grated
• 4 Black Peppercorns, crushed
• 2 Pears, halved & cored
• ½ lemon, juice
• Honey to serve

Instructions

1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, add the feta & tahini and beat with a spatula until thick and creamy. Add half the nutmeg and black pepper and set aside.
2. Cut each pear half into slices and sprinkle with a little lemon juice. spread the whipped feta on the toasts and top each with a sliced pear half.
3. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with pistachios and a little of the reserved nutmeg & black pepper.
