Cleavers Tonic

Prolific in the Hedgerows come Spring, Cleavers offer the ideal support to a sluggish immune system. A proven Lymphatic herb, it acts to eliminate toxins from the body and can aid with water retention, puffiness, and urinary tract infections.

Ingredients

• Handful fresh picked Cleavers
• Filtered Water
• ½ Lime
• 1tsp Maple Syrup

Instructions

1. Pick through the cleavers to ensure they are free from debris. Pop into a glass jar and cover with filtered water.
2. Refrigerate overnight, then strain into a clean glass. Stir through the juice of ½ a lime and the maple then enjoy in early spring.
