My Festive Charcuterie Wreath is all about abundance, sharing and creating something beautiful from the simplest ingredients. No cooking, no complicated techniques, just a little creativity and the joy of gathering around the table.

And the best part? It’s wonderfully easy to make.

Ingredients

• 150g Prosciutto Crudo
• 150g Mixed Salami, thinly sliced
• 150g Soft Cheese, such as Brie or Camembert
• 150g Wensleydale with Cranberries
• 100g Mature Cheddar or Manchego
• 100g Red Grapes
• 4 Fresh Figs, halved or quartered
• 1 Small Pomegranate, seeds removed
• 100g Fresh Blackberries
• 6–8 Sun-Dried Tomatoes
• 8–10 Cornichons
• 6–8 Cheese Biscuits or Savoury Crackers
• A handful of Pecans or Walnuts
• 1 Small Bowl of Homemade Chutney
• Fresh Rosemary and Thyme Sprigs

Instructions

1. Create your wreath. Choose a large round serving board or platter. Imagine a circle in the centre and begin arranging your salami and folded prosciutto around it, leaving a generous opening in the middle.
2. Build your foundations. Nestle pieces of cheese at intervals around the wreath, alternating colours, textures and shapes to create interest.
3. Add your fruits. Tuck little clusters of grapes, fresh figs and blackberries between the cheeses and meats. Allow some to tumble naturally over the edges. Perfectly imperfect is always my favourite.
4. Introduce texture. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, cornichons, nuts and savoury biscuits, filling any larger gaps while keeping the arrangement loose and abundant.
5. A little festive magic. Scatter pomegranate jewels throughout, then tuck small sprigs of rosemary and thyme between the ingredients to mimic the foliage of a traditional Christmas wreath.
6. The finishing touch. Nestle a little bowl of chutney into the wreath, slightly off-centre, and serve with extra crackers or warm sourdough on the side.
7. My little styling tip: Think in layers rather than neat rows. Fold your charcuterie into soft ribbons, cluster your grapes in varying sizes and allow the figs to reveal their beautiful interiors. Contrasting textures, colours and heights are what make this feel so wonderfully abundant.
8. And remember, the beauty is in the imperfections. A few scattered pomegranate seeds, a sprig of rosemary escaping the circle, a fig tumbling onto the table…
9. Because Christmas, to me, has never been about perfection. It’s about creating something beautiful to share with the people we love.
