Salted Cinnamon Grain Free Granola

There’s something quietly comforting about a jar of granola within reach, a promise of slow mornings, soft light spilling across the kitchen, and something nourishing already made.

This salted cinnamon grain-free granola was born from that feeling. A deep, toasty blend of coconut, nuts and seeds, gently coated in maple and warm spice, with just enough sea salt to lift and sharpen every flavour. It bakes into golden clusters that shatter softly, releasing notes of caramel, cinnamon and roasted almonds, before being folded through with jewels of dried fruit for sweetness and chew.

It’s the kind of recipe that asks you to pause,  to stir slowly, to breathe in the warmth of the oven, to savour the quiet ritual of making something simple, beautiful, and entirely your own.
