This is merely a guide to making your loved ones super happy. Play to your tastes but ensure you maintain variety in flavour and texture

Ingredients

• Sunsoaked Tomatoes
• Marinated Olives
• Feta Stuffed Sweet Peppers
• Grilled Marinated Artichokes
• Pecorino
• Burrata
• Toasted Pecans
• Truffle Honey
• Croistini
• Grissini
• Grapes
• Fresh Figs
• Soft Cheese such as fruit and nut crusted cream cheese
• Rosemary & bay Sprigs to garnish

Instructions

1. Divide the ingredients into 3 parts each and disperse at intervals along your board. Think of them as clusters and try to keep variety across the length so that no matter where you are sitting, you can reach a little of everything.
