White Truffle Balsamic makes these nuts what they are….utterly divine! If you cannot get hold of it, substitute truffle oil for olive oil and use regular balsamic, thank me later..

White Truffle Honey Nuts

In a kitchen alive with laughter and warmth, golden nuts coated in white truffle and honey toast gently, filling the air with earthy sweetness. Wrapped in jars with ribbons, they become little gifts of joy, a taste of the season’s magic shared with those we cherish.

Ingredients

• 100g Almonds
• 100g Pecans
• 100g Cashews
• 100g Macadamia Nuts
• 100g Pistachios
• 100g Mixed Seeds
• 5tbsp Olive Oil
• 2tbsp White Truffle Balsamic Vinegar
• 1tbsp Honey
• 2tsp Sea Salt Flakes
• ½ tsp Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven 150C. Divide the nuts between 2 trays and roast fro 15-18 minutes or until smelling toasty and turning golden. Remove from the oven and stir through the seeds.
2. In a bowl, combine the oil, White Truffle Balsamic, Honey, Salt and Pepper and add the nuts, stir to coat before tumbling back into the trays.
3. Cook for a further 10-12 minutes or until golden and sticky. Remove and allow to cool, stirring every 5-10 minutes to form clumps like granola. When cooled store in airtight jars or give as gifts.
