Mulled Bourbon Cider Toddy

Ingredients

• 1500ml Dry Cider
• 8tbsp Bourbon
• 200ml Apple Juice
• 70g Coconut Sugar
• 4 Cloves
• 2 Star Anise
• 3 Cinnamon Sticks
• 2 Cardamom Pods, bashed
• 2 tsp Allspice Berries

Instructions

1. Add the Cider, Apple Juice, Sugar, and Spices to a large pan and warm over a low heat to dissolve the sugar.
2. Bring to a gentle simmer and bubble for 20 minutes to infuse.
3. Add the bourbon and ladle into glasses. Fireside optional but preferable.
