Naesip North Star Clementine Cream ( Non-Alcoholic)

A cosy, softly spiced winter cream sip inspired by clementine ribbons, snowy windows and that warm-glow hush of Christmas nights.

Ingredients

For One Drink

• 60ml Naesip non-alcoholic gin
• 40ml clementine juice (fresh)
• 30ml spiced vanilla cream*
• 10ml pear syrup (or simple syrup)
• 1 drop almond extract (optional but magical)
• Ice
• To Garnish
• Grated nutmeg
• Clementine zest twist
• Optional: a crushed amaretti rim or a tiny rosemary sprig

Spiced Vanilla Cream (enough for 4-5 drinks)

• 150ml double cream
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• ½ tsp vanilla paste
• ⅛ tsp cinnamon
• Tiny pinch of nutmeg
• Optional: 1 strip clementine zest

Instructions

1. Start with the cream Gently warm everything together over low heat until fragrant (don’t boil). Cool completely, remove zest, then chill.
2. Shake before using so it’s pourably silky.
3. When ready Add ice to a shaker.
4. Pour in the Naesip, clementine juice, spiced vanilla cream, pear syrup and almond extract.
5. Shake firmly — you want it thick, silky and cold.
6. Strain into a chilled coupe or small rocks glass.
7. Finish with grated nutmeg and a twist of zest for that candlelit sparkle.
