Smoked Affogato

Ingredients

• 200ml Strong Espresso
• 4tbsp Smokey Mezcal
• 4 Scoops Caramel Ice Cream
• Fresh Grated Nutmeg & Salt Flakes to garnish

Instructions

1. Place a scoop of ice cream in a small glass or cup.
2. Pour over 1 tbsp Mezcal and 50ml Espresso
3. Repeat with the remaining 3 glasses
4. Garnish with A grating of Nutmeg & a pinch of salt flakes.
