Blushing In The Bedroom

Just the colour of this drink brings a smile, then the build itself is fruity yet spirit forward. Unlike most fruit scented cocktails, this has a welcome bitterness and tang. One to sip as you watch the rosy light dance through the sky as day wanders into dusk….

Ingredients

• 25ml Rhubarb Infused Gin
• 15ml Brandy
• 25ml Suze
• 30ml White Vermouth
• 3 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
• Rhubarb Ribbons to garnish

Instructions

1. Add the Gin, Brandy, Suze, White Vermouth & Peychaud’s Bitters to a mixing glass with 3 cubes of ice. Stir 20 times clockwise or until the mixing glass feels chilled.
2. Strain into a coupe glass and serve up garnished with a Rhubarb Ribbon
