Ingredients

• 75ml Yuzu Gin (I use Ukiyo)
• 15ml Dry Vermouth
• 10ml Pickle Juice
• 5ml Olive Brine
• 2 Olives and 1 Cornichon to serve

Instructions

1. Pop a Martini Glass into the freezer to chill. Add all the ingredients apart from the olives and cornichon to a mixing glass with three ice cubes and stir clockwise for 30 seconds or until the sides of the glass feel cold. Strain into your chilled glass, garnish with the olives and cornichon and serve.
