If you cannot get hold of Jaffa Cake Gin, an orange based liqueur with a splash of creme de cacao blanc is perfect…

Just like a packet of Jaffa Cakes, I defy you to stop at one…

This serve encapsulates everything you love about those ubiquitous biscuits (or cakes, but we won’t get into that discussion now) all that matters is that its delicious, and one will never be enough…If you cannot get hold of Jaffa Cake Gin, an orange based liqueur with a splash of creme de cacao blanc is perfect…

Ingredients

• 25ml Jaffa Cake Gin
• 25ml Suze
• 25ml White Vermouth
• 10ml Caramel Syrup
• 4-5 Drops Aztec Chocolate Bitters (I use Fee Brothers)
• Twist of Orange Peel
• (If making a spritz add 30ml Fresh Orange Juice and 150ml Soda)

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with 3 ice cubes and stir clockwise for 30 seconds or until the sides of the glass feel cold. Strain into a rocks glass with a single ice cube, express the oil from the orange peel and serve.
2. For the spritz version, add in the orange juice and soda, give it a quick stir and serve.
