Frozen White Nectarine Bellini

Yes, you read that right, the ultimate summer drink. Drink it, spoon it, do whatever you please, it’s just so delicious

Ingredients

• 500g White Nectarines
• 400ml Pink Prosecco
• 80ml Peach Schnapps

Instructions

1. Chop the Nectarines into roughchunks, I keep the skin on as it adds an extra element of flavour. Space out on a tray and open freeze.
2. Once frozen, add to a blender with the peach schnapps and prosecco and blend until smooth.
3. Divide between 2-4 glasses and serve.
