Refreshing Spring Tea

Spring, a time of verdant pastures, new life and with it hope. After the stark winter, I crave fresh citrus & herbs. This tea is the perfect reset. Boasting a host of nutrients and alleviants, it’s a sure way to set you on your path.

Ingredients

• 1/2tbsp Dried Nettles
• 1/2tbsp Dried Lemon Balm
• 1tbsp Dried Peppermint
• 1tsp Rice Syrup/ Raw Honey

Instructions

1. Combine the dried herbs in a tea strainer or pot.
2. Cover with 250ml boiled water and steep for 5 minutes. Strain into a cup, stir in your sweetener and serve.
