Triple Spiced Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

• 250ml Almond Milk
• 50g Dark Chocolate
• 1 tbsp Light Muscovado Sugar
• 1 tbsp Cocoa
• 4 Black Peppercorns
• 1 Star Anise
• 1 Cinnamon Stick
• Vegan Mallow and Shaved Chocolate to serve.

Instructions

1. Add the milk, chocolate, sugar cocoa and spices to a small pan and heat over a low heat, stirring, until dissolved.
2. Whisk over a medium heat until melted and warmed through.
3. Pour into a mug and serve topped with fire roasted mallows.
4. Blanket obligatory.
