Tuscan garden party

Every trip I make, I pay homage to with a cocktail that is reminiscent of my time there. It may not be traditional, but it will always encompass the emotions, and sensory stimulation I felt. For me, Tuscany is the land of Spritz. Bitter with amaro and fresh with prosecco, a Sbagliato will always remind me of Florence.

Back in the UK, we celebrate the balmy summer evenings with its sweeter counterpart: The summer cup. So here is my fusion of all that is so wonderful about both.

Ingredients

• 25ml Campari
• 15ml Sweet Vermouth
• 10ml Pimm’s No1
• Prosecco to top up.
• Ice, Berries & Borage Flowers to serve.

Instructions

1. Add ice to a rocks glass and build the serve with the Campari, vermouth and Pimm’s.
2. Add the prosecco by pouring down a bar spoon. Give it a quick stir and garnish with Borage & Berries. Serve immediately.
