Ingredients

• 4 generous scoops good-quality Madagascan vanilla ice cream
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or lemon-infused olive oil
• A good pinch flaky sea salt

Instructions

1. Scoop the vanilla ice cream into two little bowls and leave it for a minute or two, just until the edges begin to soften.
2. Drizzle generously with the olive oil, allowing it to pool a little around the ice cream.
3. Finish with a good scattering of flaky sea salt and eat immediately.
