Mother Nature’s Slumber

Winter Citrus will always have my heart, as if February awakens mother nature from her slumber with a sharp, acidic poke. It’s vibrant, fresh and a far cry from the hibernation energy storage we have consumed over the past months.

Ingredients

• 20ml Lemon Infused Gin
• 10ml Basil syrup
• 10ml Mint syrup
• 20ml Italicus Bergamot Liqueur
• 5ml Lime Juice
• Moet & Chandon to top up

Instructions

1. Add the Gin, Syrups, Italicus & Lime juice to a mixing glass. Add 4 ice cubes and stir clockwise for 30 seconds.
2. Double strain into a chilled coupe, top with Moet & Chandon & Serve.
